Game - unable to service damaged Samsung Fridge

A month ago in May 2013 - Game City, Greyville, Durban delivered a Samsung fridge we purchased and damaged the front in the process of delivery.

We made a complaint to the appliances Manager called May, and were advised that their agents Technifix would contact us to assess, which they did a few days later, we received a receipt confirming the inspection.

We were advised that a request to replace the fridge doors would be made. We started receiving sms's and calls from Samsung, and continue to receive them asking if we are happy with the service and if the problem has been resolved.

To date Game has not contacted us to advise the status/progress of the complaint resolution. The Fridge doors a terrible eyesore.

We have also received conflicting stories from Game on the occasions we have had to PHONE THEM ie they have not once pro-actively contacted me, advising that they are replacing the entire fridge, that they are replacing the fridge doors, or that that will give us a shopping voucher as compensation.

Very frustrating, very confusing and Massdiscounters / Game are providing zero service - they took the money and ran, and are obviously hoping that this "problem" goes away!
