Adt called saying that my account was in arrears but the amount that they gave me was too much. I suspected that something must be wrong. Called the Paarl branch and they couldn't pick up payments made to them. I used the wrong reference number to pay my account. I'm trying to reach ADT as of 2 January to resolve this but they put me through to the accounts dept and i hold on long and eventually the line dies. Id like to sort out my account :(
