Poor service

I added an HD decoder to my service - they then debited me R1685 for the month - i have been holding on for the accounts dept for 20 min no answer . i was told when i installed the hd that there would not be an extra cost the accounts dept would phone me, that was 2 weeks ago nobody has called me, the accounts dept is total mess.
