On the 9th Of January 2013, I visited American Swiss Parow Centre to purchase a Anniversary gift for my husband. When I was in the store, I saw a ring that I loved. I asked the sales Lady if the ring could be resized, as I am not sure about the size. She told me that unfortunately that ring could not be resized, but showed me another ring that could be sized. It was a nice ring, so I purchased it. 2 Weeks went by that we didn't have time to visit the store for the resize due to my husbands irregular working hours.we went to the store the following week, another lady told us that the ring I bought couldn't be resized, Naturally I was very upset, seeing that this ring was suggested to me. I asked if I could exchange it, she agreed but I needed my slip which I didn't have with me. We went home to look for it.next weekend I returned to the shop because I couldn't find my slip, but I did have my monthly statement with me that showed the purchase. She said the return date has passed but will make an exception, she said I could leave my details and they will search for the slip and contact me.three weeks went by and no response. I contacted the call centre, I left my contact details and still no response
