My husband took me shopping for a ring as a present for our anniversary, and I fell in love with this gorgeous diamond ring at American Swiss. It was too big for me, so I took it back the next day for resizing (which was Wednesday 7 August). They promised me that I would have my ring by this Wednesday (14 August) and I asked them twice if they are sure, because it's very important that I get the ring back no later than Wednesday. Today my husband (not me!) was informed via voicemail that "they could not find a place to get my ring resized". Really?? How incompetent are you people?? I have a huge problem with this! Why do you promise me something and not deliver on your promises? I spent a lot of money and expect a little professionalism from a huge corporation like American Swiss! I am so disappointed, I NEED MY RING BY WEDNESDAY, and this should not be negotiable! How can you not "find" a place to do a simple resizing?
