I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS MY FRUSTRATION OVER THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM YOUR DEPARTMENTAL STAFF OVER THE WEEKEND AS I WAS TRYING TO SET UP A DEBIT ORDER FACILITY TO AUTOMATICALLY SETTLE MY ACCOUNT ON A MONTHLY BASIS.I WAS TOSSED AROUND FROM ONE OFFICE TO THE OTHER CONTINUOUSLY AND VERY UNNECESSARILY AND AT THE END OF THE TORTUROUS ORDERLY I WAS TOLD THE BRANCH DID NOT HAVE THE RELEVANT FORMS FOR ME TO COMPLETE SO THAT I SETUP THE SERVICE.MY QUESTION IS HOW CAN A STORE THAT BIG NOT EVEN HAVE THE NECESSARY FORMS AND MOST OF THE PEOPLE I WAS BEING REFERRED TO WITHIN THE STORE EXPRESSED IGNORANCE ABOUT THE WHOLE PROCEDURE OF SETTING UP A DEBIT ORDER.PLEASE KINDLY ASSIST ME WITH THIS ISSUE
