I setup a debit order 3 months ago at your Woodlands Branch in Pretoria... and now I'm getting calls from their credit department demanding money. What happend to my debit order?
They should really look into the competence of their staff, as this is the 100th problem that I've had with Edgars, and judging by ALL the bad service reports on Hellopeter, I'm not the only one.
They should realy streamline your debit order setup... I dont want to physically fill in forms and then months later get calls treating me like a for not paying my account... this is...
