I purchased a KD12ww Kelvinator dishwasher from Metro Home in Centurion. The unit has been giving us problems since we brought itt as the washers/rolers that support the rack, you stack the dishes on, keep coming loose during EVERY wash. I used the machine as it was and manually put the washers/rollers in each time. About a month ago, the dishwasher just stopped washing and flashed an INTENSIVE warning light. I called Metro home and the KIC/Kelvinatior website. Metro home responded, I faxxed them all my documents and they logged a call with Kelvinatior. A Technitian SONNYBOY arrived a week later. He fixxed the error, said he did not have spare washers/rollers and he would return in the week. He never did. ON the next saterday when i loaded teh dishwasher nd put it on... The same error appeared. I have tried to contact them all again and have had no use of this machine all month... THE PRODUCT AND THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS NOT GOOD AT ALL!!
