I had an accident on my vehicle and so I contacted First For Women (FFW) to make a claim. I was assisted by Robyn Fynn. This was my first claim and Robyn explained the process in great detail. She made it very easy for me to understand. Robyn called me back when she said she would and was very empathetic towards my situation. She was such a joy and pleasure to deal with. I can't believe how easy everything was. I've heard of nightmares with insurance companies but my experience with Robyn and FFW has been nothing but a beautiful dream come true. Robyn, well done, FFW is truly lucky to have you on their team.
