3weeks at WOA Tyger, I ordered a Stomp Tank side grip for my S1000RR.Hanno said that it would arrive during the course of the week. I then asked if he would like me to pay a deposit, to which he replied "that would be nice". I paid for the goods in Full to save hassles later on. Late Thur/Fri that week I had not received a call from them, so I called in to find out the status of the goods. Hanno was not available. Later that day he called back to say that the item was ordered from the supplier, but head office had not paid the freight, so it never left the supplier and then apologised & assured me that it would be in store the following week. At 16:15 Fri I called the store&spoke to Johan who informed me that Hanno had gone on leave&would only return 18 March&that he knew nothing about my order. He then said he would call me back in a few min, which he didnt. I called again at 17:15 he had not an answer for me, then assured me that he would call me Sat morn. I still havent received any call nor status on my paid goods...
