This has been the second time that I received very poor client service after going into the Truworths in the Garden Centre in Cape Town.
I paid my account today and after explicitly telling the lady TWICE that I wanted to pay R200 into my account, she credited me R220 when doing the transaction. What upset me most is that she and her colleagues were discussing things having NOTHING to do with the fact that she was busy with a customer. ALSO, there was a customer next to me and they treated her with extreme disrespect after they had a disagreement about something.
I feel it's very unprofessional discussing personal matters when you're busy with a client, and the fact that she credited the wrong amount shows me that she wasn't paying much attention to my transaction.
Bad image for Truworths overall and I'm strongly considering closing my account. This has happened to often in the past!
