Following a complaint I previously posted (entitled "No follow-through, no response to query"), and a less than satisfactory response from the branch, I was contacted by Byron Sabbioni from the head office, who did everything possible to rectify the problem, and arranged for me to be refunded the R1000 that I was incorrectly charged. I appreciate that this company is responsive to issues like this, and I thank Byron for his efforts in this regard.
