On 6 March 2013 my mother went to Game (Jabulani Mall) to report a faulty Fridge she was told to bring receipts as the LG fridge was purchased March 2011, when she came back on the 7th March she was sent back again to bring Serial number and Model i thought this things are suppose to be written on the invoice, my mother cannot be going up and down like this, this is just not acceptable now we stuck with a fridge that is still not working and our food will be rotten just because we still have to wait another week for a technician to arrive.
