I ordered R800 worth of books about a week ago. I happened to check online to see what the tracking number was, only to find that one of the books were delayed (I wasn't informed of this). I sent a message asking for any details, especially how long it would be delayed (since my box set was due to be delivered within 7 days!!)
I am appalled by this customer service and would recommend that anyone rather deal with another online book store named after a desert. At least they inform you if you order is delayed and if you have any queries, they follow up.
I am so disappointed.
