So I have an accident on my motorbike Epic foods tanker spilt oil on the road and I slipt, my bike was a borderline wright off, the assesor so proud of himself saves etana money by stating the CRASH BARS that i had put on the bike is an extra and not covered by my policy as i have not included extra's BUT HOLD ON A MINUTE DUE TO MY CRASH BARS I HAVE SAVED ETANA R35000-00 BY NOT HAVING TO WRIGHT THE BIKE OFF NOW THEY WONT PAY THE EXTRA R1500-00 TO REPLACE THE DAMAGED CRASH BAR ----- SO DISGUSTING I WILL NOW BE TAKING OFF THE CRASH BARS FROM THE BIKE AS IT IS AN EXTRA AS YOU HAVE MENTIONED AND SHOULD FORBID I DO HAVE ANOTHER ACCIDENT THE BIKE WILL MOST LIKELY BE A WRIGHT OFF AND YOU WILL THEN HAVE TO PAY...
i have other accessories on the bike that you are not paying for which i fully agree i did not add it on to the policy, but the crash bars is not a fashion accessory absolutely disgusting
