Open accounts that never closes

I have opened an account at Russels Midrand during 2011, I made an early settlement in in 2012 and settled and closed this account - SO I THOUGHT. This account never closed and as per ITC still shows OPENED! I have also paid up my Bradlows account almost a month ago, they still have not closed my account because of their own issues at the back end. I have wasted much time calling for feedback and yet I always get the same response: "there is no feedback"

I have to say the AFTER SALES SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!! Yet when you want to buy something all is very rosey haha,

This is ridiculous and people should know about this!
