Tired of Empty Promises and Rude Staff
On 2 occasions I went into a Clicks store, mainly because of an item that had been advertised as being on promotion... only to be told by store staff that the item, was "out of stock". In the first instance, the item on offer was supposed to have included an "additional pack of (small) wipes"... and today, the 1.8kg Nido was supposed to have come with a t-shirt.
In both cases, the primary item was available, but the "additional/accompanying" item was "OUT OF STOCK". My question, if you stock "x" number of the primary item... how is it that you would run out of stock of the accompanying item??? Something doesn't add up there, I think.
And to make matters worse, when I queried this with the store staff... their ATTITUDE was far from pleasant or polite... I might go as far as to describe their attitude as " if you don't like what is available".
Reliability, good customer service and a polite attitude... is that too much to ask for? I think not.
