Damage goods delivered

In February I bought a kitchen unit Lewis, when they delivered the goods where not in good condition but the delivery person promised that they'll come back to fix the unit eg handles and other effects.but since then I keep on going to the store and they keep promising me that they'll come to replace the unit. And every month I have to pay, plz assist I am fustrated now
