No assistance - wants me to commit!

I opened an acocunt some time ago, i was happy to pay my installements and my insurance which i had taken out as a precausion.

i was robbed and called furntiure city to activate my insurance.

i was told to come in to the branch, when i went there the shop was burned down?

i called head office and they advised i must gor to the woodmead branch, i adivsed i can only do so on a weekend and they said that is fine

i went in to be told the insurnance claims dept is not avaliable and to come back during the week

i was told then by head office that my claim should have been reported in 48 hours and that it now is difficult to put through a claim.

i adivsed that i am not willing to pay for something i had insurance for

i was contacted by Furniture city and advised that my installement will be made 350.00 just for my bed and that the rest is witten off.

i was paying for 8 months 350.00 and i was notified im blacklisted

went to the new menlyn branch where the manager told me to report it now and give me a TV

highly digusted that he wants me to commit i asked for their consumer advocate.

i am still waiting to get through to the person!!!
