My father passed away in September and he had an insurance with Ellerines where he put me as a beneficiary, his I'd number is: 2601016431085. I've been trying to claim from the insurance since October till now and the claim is still not paid.

Yesterday I phoned head office on this number: 0115646827 and spoke to a Tiny who advised that African Bank has never received my claim and they also have no information on my father's death.

I had to phone head office because Zuziwe at Cofimvaba branch (tel: 0478740457) has been giving me and my mom excuses every time we contact her about the claim, and today I asked a friend to act on my behalf where he asked Zuziwe to send him documents and to give an update on the claim and Zuziwe referred him to what she calls a Credit manager who refused to provide her name and was very rude and had a lot of excuses, she even asked my friend where is it that he fits in this situation, what is that?

The manager claims that head office has the claim and it is on their system, but shouldn't the claim then appear on the system and documents received reflect?

Can someone assist me in sorting out this matte
