On the 10th of December, registered on Zando, to buy a pair sandals which cost R259.00, made payment by Eft from my standard account. Zando confirmed order. On the 13th they claim not to have received payment. I tell them payment made same day of order. I forward them proof of payment, Shalane Lindoor responds to they cannot accept the proof I sent them. The order than cancelled, I tell them I want a refund, still waiting after I have been to the bank to get a statement showing payment, this statement was stamped and signed by a bank employee. I forward it to Shalane Lindoor who has not bothered to respond and I have paid to have this statement printed out! I would like my R259.00 from Zando for goods not received, they are earning interest on my R259.00 no matter how minimal it is to them but not to me as I do not have the shoes!!!
