I ordered the wrong size baking tray and damaged the packaging it came in. I asked if there was any chance I could still return the product in exchange for the smaller tray. Not only did the send me the correct tray, they told me to pass on the incorrect size to someone who has a bigger oven. Not to mention how quickly they responded. Their service blew me away. I've never come across such amazing service before. Super efficient with a personalized touch. Well done guys!!
