Rude and taking their time to give a service

I am very upset and disappointed in the way I was treaded on Saturday. It is the Women pullover and slippers that I had to change When I arrived there the information desk people told me to fetch my new size which was a disaster cause there was no size at all for me, so I had to take a men's size and go to the till, nothing else was explained to me. When I arrived at the till to pay all my other goods that I took, the Till lady that was very rude and thinks she is the owner of the shop (Daphne) told me that she cannot help me as this is the refund department that have to help me. Then I took a tray's for R99 she was rude and thought I about the price that she called her supervisor and I said what I see is what I pay, the look I got and then she spoke in her black language that I cannot understand what she said. When I arrived at the info I had to run around to get a refund as they never told me that they put the correct size in my bag, so I said I need this size as there is no other size I was waiting for 1/2 hour for management and security to help me the info lady told me it will take a long time, after waiting for 1/2 for someone to help me I thought what kind of servic
