Delivery time quoted 6 weeks, now its 11 weeks

Bought and paid for goods with the knowledge that there was a 6 week wait for delivery.
At 6 weeks we were informed it's was then 8 weeks.
Expecting delivery this week, upon US enquiring as to when we can expect delivery, we are now told it's 11 weeks.
Hirsch has the CUSTOMERS money and the CUSTOMER don't have their goods.
Next step is to go and get a refund - wish me luck!
