I bought a lounge suite on the 23rd February & paid in full - delivery was promised 1st March, no delivery & no call explaining the delay. Delivery was again promised on the 4th March AGAIN NO DELIVERY. I have gone to the branch twice and called numerous times BUT still no delivery. This has been escalated up to manager level but still no satisfactory service. The delivery is now a week OVERDUE with NO commitment as to delivery. I have NEVER experienced such BAD - NO SERVICE. I will NEVER shop at FURNITURE CITY again. VERY disappoined indeed. I would just like my money back so I can shop else where.
