UFO tardy in customer service delivery

On 19 Januarry 2013 i purchased a lounge suite from UFO. I paid the full price and the sales person represented that the furniture would be delivered end of February and undertook to scotchguard the leather and furnsih me with the relevant certficate. The service provider failed to follow up on the progress of the delivery and despite reassurances, my lounge suite was only delivered at the end of March. The service provider failed to capture my correct contact details even though i provided the correct details subsequent to the conclusion of the agreement. The delivery took place at 21h00 on Saturday 30 march after being promised that the delivery would take place in the morning. No certificate to verify that the scotchguard had been attended to was provided. I followed up and was promised that they would revert to me. i havent received any feedback. The service delivery pursuant to payment of the purchase price was appalling and the lack of response to queries leaves much to be desired.
