I bought a 40" Samsung on 26/06/12. a month ago the tv just went green-i mean green lines all over the screen. I took the tv to game in canal walk and the manager advised me that the tv would be REPAIRED and not REPLACED. My problem is: you pay so much money for a tv and then it gives you problems 7 months later. i think this is unacceptable to say the least. I DONT BELIEVE IN REPAIRING ELECTRONIC ITEMS ESP NOT A TV. Once it gives you a problem you will always have a problem. If the fault was on my side i would understand and accept responsibility. I WANTED A NEW TV-WHEN I BOUGHT IT, GAME HAD NO PROBLEM WITH ME PAYING FOR IT SO WHY SHOULD I SUFFER AS A RESULT OF SOMETHING I DID NOT CAUSE. This will definitely be the last item (electronic) that i will be purchasing from them and will be sure to GENEROUSLY SPREAD THE WORD about HOW PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING THIS FORM OF SERVICE IS!! I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND I REFUSE TO ACCEPT THIS KIND OF SERVICE FROM ANYONE.
