Hi All. Plz take my complaint to heart and DO NOT purchase any furniture from Fielli Designs. This is my first post ever on Hello Peter, but i feel I need to do so to ward of other purchasers from wasting their hard earned cash. Anyway here goes...
I have purchased goods to furnish 2 of our flats/apartments in near vicinity of each other. I took the genuine leather bedroom suits x 2 - R25000 each, 2 tv stands R12000 each, and 2 dinning rooms sets R14000 each. Both these apartments are never used and ly dormant, there are no cleaners, no kids or anything of the like. To this day both bedroom suits have broken, all drawers have been broken, 4 of the chairs the legs have broken, and the tv stand, the glass around it is completely loose and was just being held by a small peice of glue in the first place. This is the catch when the glass broke on the stand, i managed to see some chinese stickers on it and then i managed to see a chinese stamp on the stand. Now if all the products were supposed to be MADE INItaly why do all of my purchases have these same chinese marks on it, and all have the same chinese inferior quality.
