Is this what russels stands for-old product as new

I was charged full price on a brand new KIC fridge. There was a used or faulty fridge of exact discription standing on the floor and the sales person ensured me that this was not the fridge that would be delivered to me and that he had a brand new one in the store that they would deliver. On delivery at my house I immediately saw that it was the old fridge that was on the floor in the showroom with all the scratches and was still wet inside from defrosting. I was enraged and told the sales person that came with the delivery quys to drop the fridge that they should take it back immediately and that i didnt want this second hand unit that i had paid FULL price on without any discount. How dare he take such a chance! Is this the image Russels want? He then said i should keep the fridge on loan until he got me a new one from cape town. I have been into the shop a few times during the month and a half to try and figure out where my fridge is becaus no body gets back to me! I am still waiting!!! This is unreal and they just dont seem to care!! Now i said i want a refund, but they say they will first come and fetch the fridge cause it needs to first be back on the floor, still nothing!!!
