I need to lodge a complaint.
My boyfriend, went and bought a fridge on credit from Price & Pride in Mega City, Umlazi Durban. The fridge was delivered on the 24th of December 2013, we plugged it in, in the morning, it was on and everything but it didn't get cold, but we waited until the afternoon and there was still nothing. He called the sales person (his name is Sibusiso) who assisted him, and he said someone else was going to call us, the person who called told us to put the fridge on 5 which we did. Woke up next morning checked the fridge, fridge was still not cold
We called the sales person again, asked him to send us another fridge and he said he will, everytime we called him after that, it he would say he will send people to fetch it and give us another one. Next thing we so on the 02nd of January, were people sent from the store who said they were told to come and fix the fridge, but we told them that this is a brand new fridge according to the sales person it shouldn't be needing any fixing and that we have asked them countless times to send another one, but the repair people looked at it anyway and they also couldn't tell what was wrong with it.
