Bad Business etiquette
Having gone backwards and forwards setting up meetings on site and eventually agreeing to do a job, Paul Hill of Polishing Solutions acted unethically by reneging on doing an installation. His actions not only caused an embarrassment to me, but also let down our client. Our email trail states clearly that the project is going ahead and that time is critical. It seems he simply has no regard for doing business responsibly.
Paul's attitude to send an email that is not only unprofessional, it is simply rude and on top of that, proves that he does not value business relationships nor does he care about the consequences of his actions.
His behaviour is unacceptable and I wish to warn anyone doing business with Paul Hill to be careful of his unprofessional conduct.
