We asked Rapid Business Registrations to do an amendment for us from BlackApp Solutions to BlaqApp Solutions (PTYAMD371); My partner (Tshepiso Letoaba) and I were send resolutions forms to sign which we did we paid an amount of R500 required to do the amendment, but to this day 5 months later on we still haven't gotten our documents.
We have been trying to get an explanation as what transpired from their staff member namely Mpumi Mthimunye and we are continuously sent from pillar to post.
We as BlaqApp Solutions are tired of gibberish service.
Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved. I am hereby requesting that they refund us our money back or have this product fixed properly.
