My husband has a Nespresso machine we were told we need to register the serial no etc in order to purchase the coffee capsules. Well try going onto your site (unable to register and when I phone your 0800637773776 waited for an hour before I hung up> then tried the other nos on the Nescafe site they are no longer in use??? The tel nos dont appear to be in use, the web page is not user friendly, there is no email address???
