I went in to CNA Cresta at 18:00 on Tues night to purchase a laptop, the store closes at 19:00. I found the laptop that I wanted and told the sales person that I would be purchasing on account. I was told that I need to answer authorization questions first. After waiting on the phone for about 10 mins I was told that because the account isn't in my name I cannot make the purchase I told them that the card is in my name and is linked to my dads account who is aware of the purchase.
I called my dad and told him to come to the store to pay, at 19:00 I was kicked out of the store and told that the staff wants to knock off. My dad arrived literally 2 mins later and they still would not make the sale.
This is such poor service I cannot believe that just because I was 2 mins late you would pass up on a R5000 sale.
