Billed for a non purchase

I was contacted by a woman by the name of Patricia who wanted me to come in store and make a purchase. I told her I was on the market for a bed but preferred to come in and see what they have on offer. Next thing I know I receive my monthly statement with a R7000 charge. I called the store and was told it was for a bed. I told them I did not purchase one and waspromised a call back to rresolve the issue and rectify my statement. 2 weeks later no call back but another annoying my home sales lady calling to invite me to their store for a sale. I am super annoyed that they will go to these lengths to make sales over the festive season. I am furious.
