The store made advert under false pretence and also show no consideration of my complaint as the aggrieved customer. I wanted to purchase a door which was advertised at R449.00 in their store sale booklet. And when I wanted to make the purchase I was told it costs R600.00.I complained about the pricing and I was told they made a mistake and I cannot get it on that price and was asked to leave the store. The sale booklet was still in their counter and I have a copy. I received tremendous ill-treatment and no respect at all as a consumer. All I wanted was full co-operation from them and to meet their end of agreement, that is to sell the door as according to what I saw in their sale booklet.
