Yesterday I settled my Credit Card account with you. I settled an amount I THINK is right, because the SMS "service" does not work, and that dreadful "CUSTOMER SERVICE" number also DOESN'T work. I also sent you an EMAIL with the proof of payment to [Email Removed] asking you to respond on confirmation of receipt of payment. STILL NO RESPONSE!!! :/
NOW, PLEASE, Pretty please, with a cherry on top, respond to the email, attend to your "SMS" service, send EVERYBODY that's working there on training, phone TELECOM to fix your 0861 number and just plain ATTEND to the customer's needs.
I will be closing my bank account at the end of this month, so if you don't respond by then, well let's just say it's your loss then. You have been warned!!!
