On 3 of December 2012 I payed for a cabinet from UFO in rustenburg. The salesperson was Kenneth Baose. Kenneth agreed that the goods would be delivered before Christmas. I followed up two days before Xmas only to be told that they had no idea wen I'd get my goods. I followed up again in January and was told I'd get my goods in February. February came and went and I did not hear fro
UFO staff at all. I went into the store on 2 March THREE MONTHS after the payment to cancel the order as I cannot be sure if I will ever get my goods. The staff are lazy and complacent and always play the blame game when I enquire about my fully paid for goods. This is such a shame as I would really have loved to have the furniture a bought. The manager also did not correctly explain on the return docket why the refund was needed. Y Moodley.
