Hi,
I get a call from this technician today (9/04/2013) wanting to know what's wrong with my fridge now! He is so sarcastic to ask me why hadn't I noticed the problem in the so called 2 years I've had the fridge!!! Firstly I have only had the fridge for less than 2 years (18/04/2011) and what has that got to do with me noticing a manufacturing defect after the rubber was replaced once unsuccessfully and refitted for the second time!!! I even supplied pictures in my e-mail of the defect of which were never answered!!! This behaviour is totally unacceptable!!! And just to add insult to injury, I was never even given a date of this so called visit???
