1) Took 14 Months to register my product/ load warranty. Repeated enquiries/requests to Branch Manager and Group Warranty Manager went unanswered/ignored. Rare occasion I received a response, was to say the 3yr warranty does apply, will get back to me. Repeated follow ups to both Managers got ignored/ unanswered. Took 14 Months!! To this day, havnt heard a word from them, luckily HP contacted me directly... after 14Months!! 2) When complained about unprofessional, tardy admin skills and utter disgracefully incompetent conduct and work ethics related to service delivery from senior staff/ leaders (Branch Manager and Group Warranty Manager)... turns out the "accused=judge" in this case and presides over her own case(?). No wonder I waited 17 days for cust.care to get back to me, Only because I inquired Again, trying to figure out whats going on. I pointed out the Outrageous Conflict of Interest to the lady at cust.care... who was oblivious to this. This sickens me!!! Related to the public perception/ Pseudonym "Incredible Corruption"?? And the CEO might wonder why/when sales figures are declining... Let the blame-game/ blame-shifting begin... I am STILL waiting for I.C... to get back to me!
