Ordered 4 x comforter sets. Returned one set as I wanted it to be replaced by another set. Goods were returned via courier to Homechoice in Wynberg on 5 June 2013. On 12 June I phoned to enquire when they will be sending the new set. According to them, they did not receive my returned set. I faxed through proof of delivery from the courier company. The next week they still did not "receive" the returned goods. I spoke to Mr Galant (a supervisor) who ensured me everything will be sorted out. I also sent him the proof of payment etc. Up to date I have not heard or received anything from them
