Sumsang TTS Side-by-side Fridge booked for repairs

My mom bought this fridge at Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket, William Moffet Port Elizabeth on 28.12.2009 on cash basis, the frigde stopped working on 18.10.2013 and she reported it at Pick 'n Pay and they called Sumsang and they asked her to pay R385 for the technician to come and check it in the house and she did. The technician found the problem to be the compressor that eats up the gas, after they sent her a quote of R1191, 30 for it to be fixed and she paid it on the 26.10.2013 since then the fridge is not yet fixed whilst Mbali, Thulani, Tshidi and Katlego from telefone no. 0860726786 always promise her that this will be sorted, till today nothing happened and all my mom gets is new person on the phone where she must explain her story from scratch every time, this a bad service ever for big brand like Sumsang, I'm so disappointed in them, am really wondering if I'd ever believe in them as they say in their slogan. Imagine having no fridge in Festive season... this really!!!
