To whom it may concern
good evening i bought bearings at midas strand street bellville on the 19th of december 2012 and i took it to dals auto goodwood to fit! i now have only drove for 3 months with these bearings and now they start screaming again! i have contact them today 4th march 2013 after they have put the phone down in my ear 3 times i got to a guy who at least helped me! the only problem i have is that he who i cant remember his name said i must take out the bearings and bring it in with my slip! big problem how the does he think i must take that out if you have to press it out and i have no idea how it works!!! so he suggests that i go pay R500 just to take them out and bring it to him how i dont know because i only have 1 car and then i must pay another R500 to put the new ones in after he might decide if he take it back or not!!! if not ill be paying storage fees WELL until i can get the bearings for the fitter to fit! i dont have my slip either the only way i can show is on my bankstatement! i drive a golf 3 1999 1.8 fuel injection! i would appreciate it if midas can give me a much better solution so i can get my car fixed!
