I cannot believe this, my contract was signed for the debit order to be deducted on the 20th of each month, this month Russels decided to deduct my account on the 18th!!! There was no sufficient funds as my salary only gets credited on the 20th, now my cheque account went into excess, resulting in me having a bad record with the Bank - Unacceptable|!!! I transferred funds from my savings in the meantime, but now i am losing out on interest in my savings account. My Friday has been turned around and this due to Russells not acting out as per the contract. Please contact me as i would like to cancel this stupid debit order as I cannot take responsibility for a bad credit record at the Bank. Very upset...*!!! -!!
