Deduct money twice credit card

I paid my account with my credit card - the machine said decline - I got an sms to say that R400 has been deducted from my account - the lady said I must not worry they will revirsed the money - they took R400 again from my account - I check my statements this morning R400 has been deducted twice from my account.
