I bought a iPad from the CNA at East Rand Mall Boksburg, Johannesburg in March 2012.
I recently developed a problem with the menu button on my iPad and seeing that it is a Apple
product I took it to the iStore Centurion Mall, to get it checked out. I was very surprised when the
Technician told me, they can't assist me due to the fact that my iPad is from Hong Kong and not
from the UK like an iPad suppose to be.
They said that it could be a possible grey product. I'm disappointed and would like CNA to
provide me with answers concerning my product. I paid over R7000-00 for my product and now
iStore can't assist me seeing this iPad is from Hong Kong. CNA is a huge name in the retail
business and would appreciate it if CNA cooperate in this matter.
The only way Apple iStore will assist me is if CNA can provide them with a letter to state that the
product was bought from CNA South Africa with Serial number and authentication of originality.
