I've been wanting to buy a new stove for months. I've been to several retail shops asking for assistance and advice, just to be disappointed with unenthusiastic and disinterested sales personnel. What a lovely surprise when I visited House & Home this past Wednesday, 26 February 2013. Maria and her colleague - unfortunately I didn't get his name - answered all my questions competently and with great enthusiasm. Maria has a sincere and warm-hearted approach. She was very informed about the stoves the shop has to offer and provided good advice. It was a pleasure to have been assisted by her. She finalised the transaction in just a few minutes and even arranged for the stove to be delivered the same day. Thanks Maria! It has been a joy to buy something from you.
