I BOUGHT A LOUNGE SUITE CASH, WHEN TRYING TO PAY THEIR SPEED POINT WOULD NOT TAKE MY CARD, THE FOLLOWING MORNING I DID A INTERNET PAYMENT ABSA TO ABSA THEY WHERE HAPPY AND SAID I COULD COLLECT FROM ANOTHER BRANCH... I WENT TO COLLECT BUT SUIT WAS DAMAGED... I LEFT THE STORE AND DECIDED THE SUITE WAS NOT FOR ME, I CANCELLED WITH BLUFF. THEY SAID I SHOULD BRING MY ID AND RECIEPT AND THEY WILL REFUND ME. NOW THEY SAY MAYBE FIVE DAY'S AS THEY WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO CHECK MONDAY IF THE MONEY IS IN. I SELL MOTOR CARS FOR A FRANCHISE DEALER AND I KNOW THEY ARE B/S I CAN ARRANGE A REFUND OF OF 40 TIMES THE VALUE WITHIN TWO TO FOUR HOURS SO THE CONCLUSION IS THEY SIMPLY WANT TO DRAG IT, THULANI FROM CUSTOMER CARE NOW TELLS ME THE BRANCH MANAGER CAN ONLY REFUND ME WHEN THEY SEE THE MONEY IN THEIR ACCOUNT. MELLANIE THE CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER HAS REITERRATED TO ME THAT 72 HOURS IS NORMAL WAITING PERIOD FOR REFUND... THE FACT THAT I CANCELLED BECAUSE OF BAD SERVICE IS LOST TO THEM. AND I WILL NOW HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEKEND FOR MY LOUNGE SUITE
