I went to the store at lunch time and decided to draw money at the till. The transaction took 15 minutes which resulted in me getting to work late. This is so unacceptable. The cashier first have to complete a little form and then place it into a bag and take it to management all to the detriment of the consumer having to wait while their little process is complete. I am so done with Pick 'n Pay
