Customer Promise Not Met

On Fiday the 15th of Frbruary went to a Electric Express store in EL in Oxford Street to open an account, to buya TV set and a washing machine. Was calle during the week to be told that I was approved and I must come sign the paperwork to finalise the deal and everything. Because I work in King Williams Town which is a big distance between King and East London so I could only go to the store on Saturday the 23 of February to sign the documentsm I was told that delivery happens WITHIN 48 HOURS and I CAN'T PICK UP THE STOCK WIH MY OWN transport when I suggested because its my first purchase with them so they will deliver to confirm the address as well. Today is Friday the first of March, I haven't received my goods, been told that its the warehouse that's delaying, the TV license department is the one that delayed the whole process, and its lack of communication between the store and the warehouse so now I don't know which one to believe in these three stories I've been given. The worst part is that now they say I must come take the stock my self and they want to give me a display unit washing machine whereas they have sealed units. I am frustrated coz I'm sitting without a TV now
